		<description>I keep hearing these type of comments about Rivers and am started to become inclined to agree with them based on what I have seen lately.  He doesn&#039;t seem to adjust well when opponents make their adjustments and, while we can all debate the consumate value of an NBA coach versus the talent he has to work with...I think a strong NBA team can overcome a poor head coach better than an NFL team, for example...the fact of the matter is some of the things I see him doing - and not doing - is not putting his talent in the best position to win games.</description>
